An Israeli event management system offered as a community service. It's built mainly for combat-unit veteran associations, memorial nonprofits and community organizations. It includes an event page, registration, invitations and RSVPs over WhatsApp, SMS and voice calls, and a dashboard that shows who's coming at any moment. We set up the page and the first invitation together with you.
Veterans' and families' nonprofits carry an entire community on the shoulders of a small team and volunteers: a ceremony in memory of fallen friends, a unit reunion, a family evening, a scholarship night. That time should go to people, not to spreadsheets and reminders sent by hand one by one. That's why we chose to make the system available to nonprofits as a gift to the community.
Combat-unit veteran associations, memorial nonprofits, family organizations, reservist communities, scholarship and alumni nonprofits, as well as workers' committees and community organizations. It fits memorial ceremonies, alumni tours and reunions, family evenings, scholarship interviews and volunteer days. Any event with a list of people who need to respond.
For nonprofits, the service is offered for a symbolic fee. The first event is on us, including WhatsApp, SMS and voice calls, so you can see how it works before you decide.
About working with nonprofitsThat's exactly who we built it for. We set up the first event together: the page, the invitation and the RSVPs. In most cases, by the second event the team runs it on its own, and if anything is unclear, you just send us a message. That's how it worked for the Yahalom nonprofit, which ran four events in six weeks.
We don't send one message and hope for the best. The invitation goes out on WhatsApp, and SMS and email reminders go only to those who haven't answered yet. Anyone who didn't respond to any message gets a voice call. The goal is for over 90% of invitees to respond, so you know how many are really coming before you order catering and set up the hall.
Usually a few hours, two days at most. We build the page from what the nonprofit already has: logo, photos, event details. There's no tool to learn.
A Google Form collects names, and someone on the team does everything else by hand in the evenings. Here, registration, confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and the sign-up list (who volunteers, who brings what, who interviews) lives in the same place. The list is kept for the next event too, so you never start from scratch.
Yes. You connect the nonprofit's own payment method directly to the page, and the money goes straight to the nonprofit's account with no middleman fee.
Yes. WhatsApp messages go through the official Meta Business API using approved templates, and SMS through a licensed provider. Invitees receive a proper message in the nonprofit's name.
We take it seriously. Data is protected with encryption and access controls, and the system complies with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13. Event details are never used for commercial purposes. When content is sensitive, the page can be password-protected, and the nonprofit can permanently delete an event at any time.
